Hernan eGift Card Terms & Conditions
1. Hernan eGift Card
Hernan eGift Cards are valid and redeemable at www.hernanfood.com on or before the expiry date stated. The eGift Card will be presented in a unique coupon code for one-time use only at checkout to offset your order amount. A top-up option payment is available for orders above the eGift Card value. Unredeemed eGift Cards are not transferable nor exchangeable for cash.
2. Refund
Hernan eGift Cards are not refundable and exchangeable for cash.
3. Lost or stolen HernaneGift Cards
Please safeguard your Hernan eGift Card(s). Hernan Food will not be responsible for lost, stolen, and redeemed eGift Card(s).
4. Limitations
You may only use one Hernan eGift Card per purchase. Hernan eGift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Once purchased, Hernan eGift Cards cannot be refunded or be exchanged for cash.
5. Delivery of Hernan eGiftCard
All successful orders of Hernan eGift Cards will be processed within 2 working days from the date of purchase. A unique coupon code will be sent to the email address registered with www.hernanfood.com.my
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, subject to applicable consumer protection provisions, HernanFood will not be liable for claims or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your purchase of the Hernan eGift Card; including damages arising out of changes to or termination of the Hernan eGift Card program or as a result of you or your recipient redeeming and/or using the Hernan eGift Card. This applies to all damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property, and claims of third parties.
