Hernan Food ONLY ACCEPTS:-
· Returns of defective items or wrong items
· One-time exchange for the defective items
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:-
· Kindly ensure the items are in their original condition whereby unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still with their tags intact. Items which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly.
· Customer to inform us within 5 days upon receipt of the item through whatsapp (010-236 2066) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org). The returned item must reach us within 7 days from the date you informed us about the issue.
· Customers are fully responsible for the item until it reaches us. Please appoint a registered courier service company for the returns and keep all proof of mailing (eg. consignment notes, tracking number) from the courier service company.
· For defective or wrong item, postage will be borne by us in the condition that customers appointed a legally registered courier service company for the returns at a standard postage rate (RM12 for Klang Valley). Reimbursement of postage costs will be in the form of store credit. For one time size exchange, customers are responsible for the postage cost of the returns.
· All returns procedures will be dealt via mailing only.
· Sale items under 'SALE' category cannot be returned or exchanged.
· After we received your returned item, we will send out the exchanged item within 7 working days.
· In the event whereby the defected item/ wrong item/exchange item is out of stock, a store credit equivalent to the price of the returned item will be issued.
· A cash refund will only be done in the situation when the customer received a defective item or wrong item, but the item is out-of-stock and we could not provide an exchange.
· Hernan Corp reserves the right to reject a return, refund, and/or exchange if the returned item does not meet the requirements for returns stated above, or if Hernan Corp fails to receive the returned item. Hernan Corp reserves the right to reject the return, refund, and/or exchange if the item is stained or dirty.
1. Inform us within 3 days upon receipt of the item by sending us a message through whatsapp (010-236 2066) or sending us an email at email@example.com. For defective items, kindly attach a picture of the defect part.

3. Our after-sales service personnel will contact you after receiving the form.
Reimbursement of Postage Fee:-
1.After returning any defective or wrong items, kindly email the courier service receipt copy to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for reimbursement.
2. The reimbursement will be processed within 7 days after our after-sales service personnel received the returned item, a copy of the courier service receipt and the customers' bank details.
